By PeakTock ยท Updated August 12, 2026 Core terms ## Understand your results Accuracy The share of your key presses or words that are correct. Consistency How similar your timing is each time you type the same pattern. Mastery A personal score that combines speed, accuracy, consistency, and evidence. Observation One recorded example of a key, key pair, or word. Evidence confidence How strongly PeakTock can trust a result from the examples it has seen. Words per minute Your overall typing speed, usually shortened to WPM. Same-finger bigram A two-key sequence that standard QWERTY touch typing assigns to the same finger.
